"I had to make a claim for some damages that occurred on my boat motor and had a open claim I had lots of questions through out the process and let me tell you Bryce was a blessing he was able to answer every question I had or if he couldn’t he was able to get in contact with my claim officer when I was not able to this was way easier than I ever imagined going into this Bryce needs a pay raise he is what customer service should be thanks again Bryce"

"I’ve recently bought a new car. & some how when I signed up for State Farm I was given this location. So the insurance wasn’t going to start same day. Which meant I could not leave with my vehicle. I immediately called to cancel. & they still took out the payment. Now they’re basically giving me run around. Oh we’ll return full amount via check this week. Oh it’s waiting for processing, should be next week. They took out the payment same DAY. That’s ridiculous. I’ll never use State Farm for anything. Seems like a bunch of crooks. I’ll be getting my bank involved. Added: & Now upon calling, they’re stating, it’s no one in any department I can speak to regarding my refund. “Per state law you have to be a licensed agent to speak to someone.” I’ve never heard of anything like this. State Farm is the most crooked Insurance company I’ve ever dealt with! Never again. Buyers beware! & this whole office is useless, no one knows anything. Unless they’re receiving a payment."

"In response to (Eric Gibson) "I would encourage you to talk to a local office before closing out any of your policies....." I called your office, & was redirected to customer service to cancel. The policy Date I signed up for was supposed to be the 19th so I could leave with my new vehicle. Upon the salesman printing it out, it stated it would start on the 21st. I immediately called to cancel. & it wasn't even canceled "immediately" I had to call 2 more days after to get it canceled. & now I'm being told it could take 3 weeks to receive my refund. VIA check when I paid with card. I've canceled insurance immediately before & received my refund the next day. As I stated horrible company & service. To be "The Biggest Insurance Company In America" to quote a rep there. Maybe you all should look into hiring more people in the billing department to process funds."

"The entire staff at The Eric Gibson, State Farm office is stellar. Specifically, the young man, Stephen who was so persistent in his job that back in 2018 when I first received a “cold call” from him and over several months despite my procrastination convinced me through well thought out communication, advanced understanding of my situation and insurance policies fundamentally, the overwhelming benefits of switching carriers. In 2021, I finally met with him in person. I was surprised by his age. One would be hard pressed to find someone of his age or any age who understands The synergistic caveats of insurance fundamentals so well and able to articulate in lay terms to a regular guy like myself. He helped navigate the trials trauma and frustration of an accident, Literally spending hours of his day with me after the accident-nobody provides that kind of service anymore and who was I to deserve such special treatment. I feel a sense of guilt for not doing this 2+ years ago. Thank you Also and Specifically I was facing some very difficult medical issues and I requested an appointment with Thomas. At 62 life insurance is something I should have nailed down decades ago. My dad, amount other hats, was a Certified Life Underwriter. His primary skill set was Insurance IT platform security. His goal in life was be prepared. I wasn’t and am not. Thomas spent almost two hours discussing everything but in a very productive and respectful way. I felt as though I was with a pastor or a counselor. I was unable to afford even the least expensive policy which it turns out was not even a sound option. Thomas was humble yet fully meta cognizant. He was kind yet pragmatic. He would be easily confused for a caring clinical psychologist not the stereotypical life insurance salesman. Thank you Thomas State Farm, if the value of your personal is measured by the subjective view of a few reviews, you guys need to get to know your own people. These two guys are exceptional and deserve the compensation that comes with the level of service that they are providing to me and every other customer they have. Show them Kenneth Eignus"
