"The entire staff at The Eric Gibson, State Farm office is stellar. Specifically, the young man, Stephen who was so persistent in his job that back in 2018 when I first received a “cold call” from him and over several months despite my procrastination convinced me through well thought out communication, advanced understanding of my situation and insurance policies fundamentally, the overwhelming benefits of switching carriers. In 2021, I finally met with him in person. I was surprised by his age. One would be hard pressed to find someone of his age or any age who understands The synergistic caveats of insurance fundamentals so well and able to articulate in lay terms to a regular guy like myself. He helped navigate the trials trauma and frustration of an accident, Literally spending hours of his day with me after the accident-nobody provides that kind of service anymore and who was I to deserve such special treatment. I feel a sense of guilt for not doing this 2+ years ago. Thank you Also and Specifically I was facing some very difficult medical issues and I requested an appointment with Thomas. At 62 life insurance is something I should have nailed down decades ago. My dad, amount other hats, was a Certified Life Underwriter. His primary skill set was Insurance IT platform security. His goal in life was be prepared. I wasn’t and am not. Thomas spent almost two hours discussing everything but in a very productive and respectful way. I felt as though I was with a pastor or a counselor. I was unable to afford even the least expensive policy which it turns out was not even a sound option. Thomas was humble yet fully meta cognizant. He was kind yet pragmatic. He would be easily confused for a caring clinical psychologist not the stereotypical life insurance salesman. Thank you Thomas State Farm, if the value of your personal is measured by the subjective view of a few reviews, you guys need to get to know your own people. These two guys are exceptional and deserve the compensation that comes with the level of service that they are providing to me and every other customer they have. Show them Kenneth Eignus It’s March 2025. I have experienced 60 plus years of existence. The last 7 months have been the most difficult and challenging to date. It is almost “simple” to live when you have enough money to pay for food and shelter and necessities (insurance, doctors copayments, prescription drugs etc). I am so disappointed with situational challenges with no clear solutions.
